Giving - What the Church believes
Everything we own and everything that we have in our possession comes from God. So as we give, we quite simply give him a small portion of all that he has already bestowed on us. This is a form of our thankful expression. This comes from a heart of worship that recognizes that what we give already belongs to the Lord.
Acts 20:35 – “It is more blessed to give than to receive”.
The Kingdom principle reminds us that we receive more blessing as givers than as receivers. When we give freely to our heavenly father, we receive freely from God.
Luke 6:38 – “Give and it will be given to you…..For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
In a bid to fulfill various charitable objectives, Daystar relies primarily on voluntary donations. Daystar adheres to a strict policy of fairness and transparency in all of its fundraising activities.
